Return Policy

All returns require Kinetic approval prior to shipment. Please review the terms below before initiating a return.

Eligibility requirements

Non-defective products are eligible for return within 7 days of the original received date. Products returned after this window will not be accepted unless required by law or explicitly authorized by Kinetic in writing.

All returned products must be:

  • In new, clean, and sellable condition
  • In original packaging with all inserts, hardware, and protective materials
  • Free of labels, writing, or tape on the product box
  • Shipped in an outer carton — the product box may not be used as the shipping box

Additional fees may apply if packaging is missing or damaged.

How to initiate a return

Request an RMA
All returns require a Kinetic-issued Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipment. Submit your request via the RMA link below. RMAs are valid for 30 days from issuance — returns received after expiration may be refused or subject to additional fees.

Submit required documentation
Include your proof of purchase, photos of the product and packaging, a description of the reason for return, and your serial number. Kinetic may request additional information before issuing an RMA.

Ship your return
Once your RMA is approved, ship the product in an outer carton with the RMA number clearly marked. You are responsible for all freight charges on non-defective returns. Kinetic covers shipping for approved defective returns.

Inspection and resolution
Kinetic will inspect your return within 10 business days of receipt. Approved credits are issued within 30 days after inspection. Acceptance of returned goods does not constitute admission of defect.
Defective product remedies

Kinetic follows a structured remedy process for confirmed defects:

  • Repair — Kinetic will repair the product at no cost
  • Replacement — if repair is not possible, a replacement of equal or greater value will be provided
  • Store credit — if no replacement is available, a credit equal to the purchase price will be issued
  • Refund — provided only when required by law or contract

Kinetic covers all shipping costs for approved defective returns.

Non-returnable items

Kinetic will not accept returns for products that are:

  • Modified, altered, or improperly installed
  • Damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs
  • Not in the current Kinetic product line
  • Removed from their original application
  • Returned without a valid RMA
  • Outside the 7-day return window
